Welcome to Ambiance, your trusted partner for premium interior design services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use our services.

1. Services Provided

Ambiance offers professional interior design consultation, project management, and implementation services. The scope of services will be detailed in a written agreement or project proposal customized for each client.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure the success of our collaboration, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information, including your design preferences, budget, and timeline.
  • Respond promptly to queries and provide necessary approvals during the project.
  • Grant access to the project site, if applicable, to allow the Ambiance team to carry out the agreed-upon work.

3. Payments and Fees

  • Initial Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the project cost is required to initiate the work.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments will be due according to the milestones outlined in the project agreement.
  • Late Payments: A late payment fee of 2% of the outstanding balance per month will apply to overdue payments.
  • Additional Costs: Any additional services, materials, or changes outside the agreed scope will incur extra charges, which will be communicated and approved in advance.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client-Initiated Cancellation: You may cancel the project at any time. However, any work completed or expenses incurred up to the cancellation date will be charged.
  • Refunds: Deposits and payments for services already rendered are non-refundable.
  • Ambiance-Initiated Cancellation: Ambiance reserves the right to cancel the agreement due to non-compliance or breach of terms. Any remaining funds after deducting costs for completed work will be refunded.

5. Revisions and Modifications

  • The project includes a specified number of design revisions as detailed in the agreement. Additional revisions will incur extra charges.
  • Changes to the agreed scope of work must be documented and may affect the timeline and costs.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All design concepts and materials provided by Ambiance are the intellectual property of Ambiance until full payment is received.
  • After payment, the final design materials are transferred to the client, but Ambiance retains the right to use project images in its portfolio and marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise.

7. Limitations of Liability

  • Ambiance is not liable for delays or failures caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain issues, or client delays.
  • Ambiance will not be responsible for any damage or issues caused by third-party contractors or vendors not directly employed by us.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Ambiance provides its services “as is” and disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any disputes arising from these terms will first be resolved through negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be submitted to binding arbitration in the USA.

11. Amendments

Ambiance reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective as of the updated “Effective Date.” Continued use of our services after changes constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
